General FAQ

Why Rebekah’s Kitchen?

It is ideal for busy people who love to eat healthy but don’t always have the time to cook (and clean up!). Each week you will choose from a variety of rotating menus that help you enjoy a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing flavor and quality.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We use locally sourced organic ingredients whenever possible. We work with these local vendors, farms and ranches.

How do I get started?

We will send you a username and password and then you can begin ordering for our next delivery.

How does the weekly service work?

Meals are cooked on Sundays and delivered on Monday. Ordering opens on Wednesdays and closes on Friday at 5:00pm for Monday delivery. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order. Orders will be delivered to your home on Mondays, between 4-6 PM. We will pick up clean glass containers from your previous order at the same time.

What areas do you service?

We offer free delivery in the Park City and Deer Valley area. We can deliver beyond this area for an additional fee. Don’t hesitate to ask for delivery details to your home!

How much does the Prepared Meal Delivery service cost?

We offer Prepared Meal Delivery as a weekly service. Each meal feeds 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  You can see our pricing here

Are there additional fees?

There is an additional weekly fee of $5 for reusable glass container usage/breakage and sanitation. Reutilizing containers helps us all contribute to a cleaner environment. Thank you for your collaboration!

Tell me more about the containers

Our containers are oven safe, dishwasher safe and freezer safe.
In case you break a container, please let us know, your $5 container usage fee should cover occasional breakage.
Our containers are labeled with Rebekah’s Kitchen sticker, so they are easier to identify.

When do I place my order?

You may place your order between Wednesday at noon and Friday 5 pm. You will receive email or text reminders alerting you when ordering is open!

At what time will my orders arrive on Monday?

Your non-contact delivery will arrive between 4 and 6 PM on Monday. If you didn’t receive your order by 6 PM, please let us know

Will Rebekah’s Kitchen help us eat healthier?

Absolutely! We focus on balanced and healthy meals made with organic and local ingredients whenever possible. You can customize many of our meals to suit your dietary needs (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian). If you have food allergies, you can let us know in the notes section when you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you when possible.

I had a problem with my service, who do I contact?

Your satisfaction is our main priority. If we did not live up to your expectations, please contact me and I will do what is necessary to guarantee you have a good experience with us.

How do I cancel the service?

Should you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Ordering FAQ

What does the weekly service include?

The weekly service includes as many fully cooked meals as you would like to order. There is a $150 minimum order which includes a free delivery in the Park City and Dear Valley area. We do offer extended delivery areas for an additional fee. Don’t hesitate to ask how much your delivery fee would look like!

What size should I order?

Most of our meals are one size and feed 2-3 adults. This size also works great for 2 adults and 2 small children or for anyone who would like to have dinner and have leftovers for the following day.

What if I want extra protein?

You can add to your order a la carte chicken, shrimp, tofu, and beef. A la carte protein options are awesome to add to salads, soups, pastas, and protein bowls.

Can you accommodate food allergies and special diets?

Yes! Many of our meals can be modified to be Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian. We store all our allergens based on health department best practices. We also make it easy to let us know of any food allergies in the notes section of your order, and do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible. If you still want to order from us but you have any severe allergies, performing all services in your home may be an option too! You can see our Private Chef Services section here.

Note: Although we do not use peanuts in any of our PMD dishes, we are not a nuts-free kitchen.

Do I need my own containers?

Your meals will arrive in sustainable, reusable glass containers that we purchase and reuse every week. They are oven safe, dishwasher safe and freezer safe. Most meals are freezer friendly, so if you think you won’t finish something, go ahead and freeze. We just ask that you transfer your meals to your own containers for the freezer as we will be picking our containers during the next delivery.

Maximum Enjoyment FAQ

How do I reheat the meals?

There are oven reheating instructions for each applicable meal. Of course, you can always reheat meals in the microwave. Remember, reheating in the over usually helps maintain original hydration and flavor.

How long do meals last in my fridge?

Vegetarian meals last up to 7 days, everything else is up to 5 days. We always advise you to eat fish and seafood first for food safety reasons.

Most meals are freezer friendly, so if you think you won’t finish something, go ahead and freeze. We just ask you transfer your meals to your own containers and return ours cleaned the following week.

What can I freeze?

Most meals can be frozen. Anything with raw veggies should not be frozen. We encourage you to freeze anything you might not eat right away, we just ask that you freeze things in your own containers and return the clean ones the following week.

Best way to freeze?

We like to freeze things with as little air as possible, so make sure you use the proper size container or bag where the food takes up most of the room. If you are using bags, we suggest you force out as much air as possible before sealing the bag and placing it in the freezer. Any bags should be placed flat in the freezer to make sure they store easily.

Other Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have calorie counts or macros?

We do not do calorie counts or macros on PMD. For cooking we use olive oil, avocado oil and occasionally coconut oil. We use honey and maple syrup as sweeteners and our gluten free flours are grain based (not nut based). If you would like calorie counts and macros please contact us for our personal chef services options.

Can I request a chef for a dinner party or special occasion?

Absolutely! We have an entire team for onsite personal chef service to help you with any event. Please contact us here for more information

Do you service over the holidays?

We do not offer the PMD service over Christmas and Thanksgiving. There will be other few holidays throughout the year that fall on Monday that we will also be closed for.

Who will be cooking my food?

Our qualified team is going to be in charge of cooking your meals every week. We are constantly thinking about improvements for our recipes/menus to provide you with the best service.

What are your chef’s qualifications?

Our chefs have decades of experience working in restaurants here in Park City as well as around the country. RK is fully insured for both onsite and PMD services.

Is Rebekah’s Kitchen insured?

Rebekah’s Kitchen is fully licensed and insured, as well as all our chefs and staff who work in our company.

Do you offer gift cards or packages?

You can purchase a gift card for prepared meal deliveries here.
Note: You must have a username and password for our website to purchase a gift card.

How do I redeem a promotion/gift card?

The person who gifted you with this gift card was given a unique code to make purchases on our website. You must provide us with this unique code to redeem your gift card.

Do you have a referral program?
